Terms of Service

Zapheron ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI visibility scoring tool that analyses websites and reports how well they are likely to be recommended by AI language models such as ChatGPT and Claude.

By accessing or using Zapheron at zapheron.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use Zapheron only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyse.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Use the service to infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Zapheron offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select at checkout.

• Billing — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file.
• Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
• Upgrades and downgrades — plan changes take effect immediately; billing adjustments are calculated on a pro-rata basis.

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us at hello@zapheron.ai within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

After 14 days, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for any unused full months remaining in an annual subscription. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded after the billing date has passed.

To request a refund, email us at hello@zapheron.ai with the subject line "Refund request". We aim to process refunds within 5 business days.

All content, design, and technology on Zapheron is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the websites and content you submit for scanning. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to fetch and analyse that content for the purpose of generating your report.

Zapheron provides AI visibility scores as informational guidance only. We do not guarantee that improving your score will result in specific outcomes in AI-generated recommendations or search rankings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zapheron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Zapheron shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the service. Continued use of Zapheron after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
